Using the Ethical Decision-Making Process from Chapters 2 & 3 (See the expanded version on pages 90 & 91 of your text) – examine a recent corporate scandal (other than Enron, please!) Pay close attention to the outcomes and examine them in light of Consequentialism (utilitarianism), Duties, Rights & Principles, and the Ethics of Virtue. Some things to consider: How were decisions made? How were stakeholders affected? What has been the result since?
Your final treatment should be 4-6 pages in length and utilize several credible and reliable sources. (Hint: When including sources from popular media such as news magazines be aware of bias and balance opposing viewpoints in your paper). Please cite sources within the body of the paper and include a reference page or bibliography. (APA format is preferred!)
