As part of a Computer Science degree, the module for this assignment (titled ‘Computing & Society’) discusses the ethics of computing and technology, and the assignment itself allows the student to choose a relevant topic. The tutor has approved of the title of this paper (see topic), and I would like the paper to discuss any of the below points, or any other points that may be relevant (limiting to 3 or 4 points is recommended due to limited word count): – Addictive gaming – Impact/Benefits to social skills – Educational uses: – Learning modes such as ‘Assassin’s Creed’s Discovery Tour’ games – Simulation games such as ‘Farming Simulator’ – Dangers/benefits of game-streaming services (e.g. Twitch) – Impacts/benefits to cognitive/brain skills The research paper must maintain balance on the topic and when referring to ‘Children and Young People’, the paper should discuss it’s points based on people below the age of 21 (including any news-worthy and note-worthy events if applicable). Sources can vary from books, topical articles, news articles, papers, websites and more. Attached is part of the module assignment brief, detailing how the research paper will be marked and how it should be laid out. Although not relevant to the order, my justification for desiring the service is that I feel that the course is relatively simple to learn, however it deals more in ethics than actual Computer Science. It is not near as beneficial or a practical use of my time when studying the other, more practical, challenging and in-depth modules in Computer Science, for which I must study for exams and complete written or practical assessments for.
