Identity a priority policy concern and propose an evidence-informed policy solution for her consideration. In presenting and justifying your proposed policy, you need to identify and assess relevant evidence, identify the theory of change of your intervention and substantiate how the proposed inputs and activities can lead to the desired outcomes. You can choose any sectoral area (e.g. social protection, health, education, water & sanitation, transport) in any real (not fictional) country. You do not need to conduct a separate literature review to identify evidence to justify all your assumptions; it is sufficient to discuss potential risks and opportunities for your project based on a general understanding of your chosen countrys context. Your report should cover the following aspects: 1) Identify a priority policy concern in a country of your choice 2) Identify the causes of this problem 3) Propose an evidence-informed policy solution to the problem 4) Develop a theory of change, with an accompanying logic framework for the proposed intervention. It will address the contextual social, political and institutional – factors that can influence the intervention. At this stage, your director is not interested in the program-related factors (resources, personnel, IT systems) she will address these once she accepts your proposal. 5) Discuss how your proposed intervention addresses these contextual factors to achieve the desired outcomes
