Abstract
This paper explains why human trafficking occurs on college campuses and gives ways to prevent it from occuring or noticing when a situation is happening on that campus. The articles themselves vary from personal campus experiences and what our newspapers and televised news explain how we can prevent this situation from occurring on current college campuses. The National Center for Campus Public Safety defines what human trafficking is, how to know that this may be occurring in your area and the signs to identify possible victims. Four College students give us the statistics of human trafficking in the US and specifically on college campuses. Lastly, Campus Safety Magazine released an article about how Arizona State University Police are warning college students about human trafficking during college parties.
