This does not include the title page, reference pages, or Appendixes. The paper is to follow APA writing guidelines. For this class, I do not require an abstract or a table of contents but I do expect level headings to be used and I require that each element be clearly identified through the use of those level headings. Example: 1) Learning Population and Overall Goal 2) Health Issue 3) Risk Factors 4) Morbidity and Mortality 5) Intervention 6) Goals and Objectives 7) Lesson Plan The final project in this course is to be 4-6 pages in length for the CONTENT alone, meaning that does not include the title page, reference pages, or appendixes. AT LEAST 30% of the papers grade will focus on APA format, references, In-text citations, punctuation, and grammar. You can only have ONE direct quote in the entire paper. The rest has to be paraphrased when using sources and the majority must be ORIGINAL content from YOU! In addition to the APA and other guidelines listed above, there are SEVEN areas the paper MUST hit. Use LEVEL HEADINGS for each one. Remember to use in text citations as required. Remember, a paragraph is at least 4-6 complete sentences and requires multiple citations. Each area in your paper should have two to three FULL paragraphs. To be considered well researched, there should be two to three citations per paragraph.
