Bulletin creation: Based on your pattern identification, create a tactical crime bulletin for the pattern/patterns you identified. This should be two pages per pattern maximum. It must include: a list of the cases in the pattern; a time of day/day of week breakdown; a map identifying the locations of the crimes; a synopsis that includes the who, what, where, when, and how of the crimes; the type of pattern; and a catchy name for the pattern. The target audience for this bulletin is law enforcement only. Use examples from your textbook or from the IACA for inspiration. Essay: explain how and why you chose your selected cases for inclusion in the pattern(s). Then, describe the elements included on your bulletin, and explain why each one is important or could be helpful for resolving the pattern. Provide some recommendations for patrol officers regarding this series suggest where they should be and when. In your conclusion paragraph, describe which parts of this assignment were challenging and why.
