Analysis Paper (200 points) After Steve Jobs passing in October 2011, many articles have been written about his legacy and contributions he has made to four industries; computing, communications, music, and movies. Further, much has been discussed about his leadership styles that resulted to the successes he had in companies he operated. The book Steve Jobs written by Walter Issacson published after his death was one of the top selling book for many months. In this book, the author talks in detail about his personal life, the ways he operated his companies, his decision making process, and finally, the way he managed his people. As I stated in my previous lecture note, I very much recommend this book to everybody whether you are in technology business or not. For the purpose of this assignment, an article written by David Kramer (Leadership Behaviors and Attitudes of Steve Jobs) has been selected (see the URL link in the assignment). In this article, Mr. Kramer is trying to contrast Steve Jobs leadership styles and behaviors to that of Andrew Dubrins definition of leadership.
