Body i.e critical reflection on what I have learnt from my part in the video production• in the class the most intrusting parts were the case studies that was given in the class such as Heathrow T5 case and about the private public partnership PPP and how the risk was sheared and transferred. In addition, it was a good example of a successful project during the construction but due the testing and commissioning plan of the systems was not carefully tank into consideration so the project was a failed in the operation. Please refer to DAY 2 Slides• I cant divvied the slides of DAY 2. But Please Refer to slides starts with “THE RISE AND FALL OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE-PARTNERSHIPS WITH METRO TRANSPORT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM: A RISK PERSPECTIVE” this is what I interested the most..• The risk register and risk analysis exercise were given in the class was very useful technique, so we benefit a lot from that also in my job.• Also, the teamwork was great we did serval meetings to do the job and divided the between us equality.• We can write about the risks on a new product as well.What I have learnt from the video production and the link to project management theory. The essay must show the following: good2.1) Show understanding of the risks associated with R&D, New Product Development, Change Management, Technology Transfer, Systems Integration of technology and people.2.2) Demonstrate team working skills appropriate to risk management.2.3) Show how they formulated appropriate Risk Management Strategies and developed effective project risk models, mitigation and contingency plans for appropriate action.3. ConclusionThe reflection must follow on and report your critical reflection on my part in the production of the video.Our recommendation and lessons learned should be added.Feedback about the class: this is MY Feedback• It is good to have case studies we can link the theory to the real situations.• Also, it was good to see international student talk about their projects•The qualities of a strong assignment are as follows:a) That it seeks to relate Video part to YOU and the challenges you have encountered eg. How people (team) pose the risk to the project, risk you have encountered/not accounted for e.g. management risks as well as risks in making the video, the skills you have learned as part of the team that are linked to the project risk management practiceEveryone choose some risk to work on and for me I choose the supply chain risk and also I did the SOWT analysis.b) How your learning has altered throughout the PMR2 unit and what it means for your (desired) future practice of a PM.c)d) That it examines in significant depth aspects of risk management practicee) Well documented learning summary (lessons learned) based on personal thinking and ideas development.f) That it has a number of tangible actions for your practice to enhance your standing in the community of project manager professionals.
