It is expected that you apply the reading to this paper; therefore, there should be citations throughout this section.Assessment (3–4 pages)Included in this section will be an assessment. Questions to guide your assessment are as follows:1. Understanding the client’s internal world. To what extent is the client’s challenge a function of a. Difficulty understanding their internal world b. Difficulty regulating feelings c. (you can apply Bowen, Satir, family therapy material)* To what extent is the client’s challenge a result of macro level issues (i.e., discrimination, oppression, resource allocation)3. Describe what interventions you will use, and how you think this will help the client change and function more effectively.4. As you complete this section of the paper, include information about the use of evidence-based practice, and whether certain theories and techniques are more conducive to developing and implementing evidence-based practices. You should include at least two citations from peer-reviewed journal articles supporting your intervention.Therapeutic Process (1–2 pages)1. Describe the therapeutic relationship with the client. Based on your evaluation, what do you feel was most successful in your intervention? What would you do differently?4. Describe how you used your supervisor to assist you in working with the client.5. As lifelong learning is a core value of the social work profession, describe what learning you need in order to be more effective in working with this client. What is your plan to gain that knowledge? You will need to fictionalize the details of your client’s life and situation, so that his/her identity (unless you are using a book/film) is disguised.
