Literature Review: Head Loss Analysis in Water Distributions Systems (4000 words) This research analyses various head losses in pipeline systems through Flow Friction Apparatus in the Hydraulic Lab. The elements used in the lab include pipes with different roughness values, valves, different types of bend/elbow and other minor head losses such as filter and pipe expansion/contraction. This is used for calculating head losses in real water distribution systems
