Does the report demonstrate understanding about leadership concepts we have studied?
Does it communicate clearly what happened in the Capstone experience?
Does the structure and flow (sections, headings, and paragraph sequencing) help the reader to understand?
Is there good evidence of good research?
Are the essential components, outlined in our syllabus, presented effectively?

See the Syllabus and the Rubric for more information. Inform your partner about how they have successfully covered the items that are outlined in the syllabus, and how they can improve their report.
There is no required template for this feedback. There are several possible approaches for your feedback you may want to consider:
1. It may be very useful to return a copy of your partner’s draft – for example, if you have specific comments about specific sections that require notes inserted or in the margin. This kind of specific feedback can be very helpful.
2. You may want to use the rubric form provided here, to make specific evaluation comments and recommendations.
3. You should summarize your conclusions in a clear communication, from you, to the other student. (Identify yourself and make the relationship a positive one.)
Your specific goal is to evaluate the draft and provide comments, suggestions and questions.
Your general goal is to help your partner produce a better report.
