To whom it may ConcernThe Assignment needed is a Final Research Paper on topic of tipping. This paper is a culmination of two previous assignments into on complete and concise statement and opinion based on the research done through out the course.The Overall Thesis and Tone i want from this paper is that tipping is a necessary and important institution that is needed and there many Factors that influence how people tip, but also doesn’t necessarily make you a bad person if you don’t tip and not tipping could be a protest to fair wages. For the first part of the paper i want to explore the pros and cons of tipping , the why and why not?, and for the second i want you to focus on the social and psychological effects tipping has on people and how they tip in the end.It is also very important that you follow the attached rubric to a tee as much as possible and will also give you a better grasp of the paper and what is needed in it. Also the paper must be in APA style and must also include 4 academic journal sources, many of which can be found attached in Assignment #2 but if you could find maybe one more source supporting tipping that would be great. You’re free to use the two non academic sources in assignment to help with the first part of the assignment. All sources used must be cited correctly in paper if used to support statement.I will attach the Two previous assignments as well to help with the paper but also help grasp the style of writing i use and also grasp the topic and tone.
