Research question: How does international law addresses the question of Palestine and to what extent has its mechanisms been effective and useful to bring about change and justice to Palestinians?
focus on How do we force states to abide by international law? Is international law even enough on its own?
Also, focus on how international law for example: how it defines (refugee) as a person who owing to well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality and is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself of the protection of that country.
and compare it with Palestinian refugees really are, how they are refugees in their own country and so on….. So according to international law definition of refugees, are they really refugees?
Also, how is there a very speicific definition of the right of return under international law, but how is that diiferent from how Palestinians see the right of return?
