You can be creative in suggesting your project topic, though the idea should be your own and it should relate to one or more of the four fields of anthropology. If you have not completed preliminary research on the topic you suggest, do some research about the location where you plan to study, about possible contacts you might make in the field, and about what the country requirements are for U.S. citizens (if you propose to conduct research outside of the U.S.), etc. Grant proposal guidelines: Arrange your proposal into the following sections: I.
