Based on these standards, develop an accountability and performance management plan for Central Michigan University’s MPA program. Make sure to explain how performance information will be collected, what type of performance information will be collected, when it will be collected, how you will ensure its accuracy, and how it will be communicated to stakeholders (and who those stakeholders should be to ensure accountability over the program).
