In the second milestone of your final project, describe the supplier relationship management and customer relationship management practices utilized by your selected organization. You will also look for opportunities for improvement within those two areas as well as selecting appropriate tools and techniques for measuring key areas such as business risk, capabilities and capacities, workplace conditions, product quality and safety, security and environmental impact.
