Write a 300-500 word substantive journal entry describing methods and practices for assessing and developing the workforce in your organization. One professional development tool for military leaders is the staff ride. This activity may be designed to achieve a number of objectives, depending on the gaps identified in your analysis of the workforce. In a substantive response, reflect on two scenarios in which you could address specific talent gaps for subordinate leaders by conducting a staff ride. Identify a campaign, battle, or tactic for each scenario to study that might meet the targeted developmental need.
