Consumer decision making

Please use the uploaded template and do part 1 which is research on Summon library and part 2 which is 1500 mini literature review about 5 articles on Consumer decision making which i will uploade as well. Requirement for Part 1 (filling the table in the template) Requirement for Part 2: You may structure your review however you wish but you will need to meet all the requirements given in the assignment brief so you may wish to use the following headings. Remember this is not a full literature review so we will not expect you to structure your review around the themes/concepts you draw out of your analysis. Instead use the headings below to structure your discussion. You only have 1500 words. Possible headings for you to use: Critical discussion of key concepts one or more paragraphs which provide a critical discussion of some of the key themes or variables you see running through your five papers (or most of them). You could draw attention to any ways in which authors differ in their definition of terms or in their approaches to the topic. This is also the place where you could pick out any distinct theories that the authors are working with. Are some of them using the same theory(ies) or not, for example? If some are using the same theories, which are more successful in contributing to what we know about it? Critical review of methods – one or more paragraphs that discuss (rather than describe) the methods used in the research reported in the articles. Are some of them quantitative and some qualitative? If so, which? Are some inductive and some deductive? Can you tell which philosophical approach the researchers are using? It is important in this section to comment on the quality of the research. Look here at the things covered in week 4 and 5 on what makes for high quality research in quantitative and qualitative studies. Are there any particular strengths or weaknesses in the research you have reviewed? You do not need to go into detail on the statistics used in the quantitative papers. Analysis of findings/conclusions what are the main findings/conclusions of the articles you have reviewed? Do they relate to each other? Are they unrelated? If they are related, are they in alignment or are there important areas of difference that you may want to explore in future research? Do you have more confidence in the findings of some of the articles than others? If so, try to explain why this is. Conclusions This is not so much to do with the conclusions draw by the articles themselves as you discussed them under the previous heading. It is more to do with your conclusions about how you might design a new study on the topic. Have you identified any gaps you might want to fill? Here you could look to any pointers given by the authors themselves on what future research is needed on this topic. We know that you are basing these conclusions on five articles and you would not do that in real research but have a go based on just these five. You might want to suggest a conceptual framework to work with or you may want to perhaps draw on just one or two articles that have led you to suggest one or more research questions you or someone else could try to answer in the future. When you do this, try to think about the quality of the research you are using for your decision and any strengths or weaknesses you observed to justify your choice of future research questions. References this section should include not only your articles, which you should have cited in your review, but also any other references you used. For example, you will want to cite books or articles on research methods for that section and you might want to compare one or more of the reviewed articles with other research on the subject.
