Choose a company “In N Out Burger” (This is the company we will be doing our research) to analyze for research and class presentation on total compensation. The paper has to be more focus on compensation management based on our company research. I had included power points with a lot of information so you can get an idea. Students will present their findings in a formal academic paper that follows the APA writing guidelines. The paper will be at least 1,500 words in length, it needs to have a reference page (this does not include the 1500 words from the assignment). Submission will be in an MS word document only, Arial or Times. Please include a reference page.
