You are being assigned the task to submit one research paper, on a significant issue in public administration. Topic Chosen is… lack of diversity in public service (nonprofit management level to be specific) or diversity management, representative & bureaucracy. Diversity can be defined very widely so the start of the paper I would like to narrow the definition of diversity down to gender and race solely! There are three major purposes of this assignment: 1. To obtain more in depth knowledge of a significant area/issue in the field of public administration/nonprofit sector 2.
