This paper needs to focus on the Rohingya Crisis by writing an analytical paper that compares/contrasts two actors (states and or non-state actors OTHER THAN the United States) perceptions of the Rohingya Crisis and subsequently compare these to the American or British perspective to which we are accustomed. In the drop file I have uploaded an outline that should help as the basis of the paper. In this outline there are three Op ed pieces that are required to be sources in the assignment. I have also uploaded the directions to the assignment in the drop box as well. In the directions of the assignment the most important parts are on the first page and then on the second page under the "An A paper will do the following exceptionally well". Also please note that the paper should 1. use a minimum of 5 sources other than the three op-ed pieces (at minimum 9 sources); one of the 5 sources must be an approved and relevant social science journal focusing on the key concept(s) or theme(s) relevant to IR. 2.)You MUST use AT MINIMUM ONE social science journal article that has been written concerning the main thesis of the authors and/or ones that provide further background supporting your thesis. 3.
