Hi this is a reflection log, for my crictical thinking class/ Ethics this week we discussed Critical Thinking in MoralityW6: Reflection LogNow that you have read about moral reasoning and ethical theories, consider how you reason about morality and what you think is most important in deciding right from wrong – in theory and in practice. Answer the following in at least a paragraph:1) When you are confronted with a moral dilemma, what do you take into consideration when deciding right from wrong? What is your thought process?2) Given how you answer these questions, which of the moral theories discussed in the chapter do you believe best aligns with your own fundamental beliefs about morality? (choose from ethical egoism, utilitarianism, or Kantian ethics)3) Explain your process of moral reasoning using an example of your choice.4) To conclude, do you believe that once you know what the right thing is to do, you will do it – or is deciding to act on your moral convictions another matter entirely?
