All we need to do is find a problem and make an improvement based on the problem. In the Improvement file, I have already found a factor that we need to make improvement which is “Optimize company staffing and capital expenditure”. I have also found several sentences that can show the problems. Please make sure these two issues are involved and find some more issues related to our factor(company staffing and capital expenditure) and write about what should we do to make improvements. IEEE citation is required.
