Step 1: Make a Decision Select a broad topic below and narrow your topic to a specific concept to decide on your thesis. For example: Michelle Obama, Derek Jeter, Drake, Oprah, Dora the Explorer, Wreck-it-Ralph, Mario from Mario Brothers, etc. Step 3: Apply Theories to Character Consider how you will be applying the theories you learned in psychology to the character you selected. For example, how does Dions (from Raising Dion) memory impact his psychology? What kind of personality does he have? How does his emotion control his power? What does his watch do unconsciously to his power? What is his motivation for using or not using his power? Step 4: First Draft Due: October 16th for M/W classes Bring a copy of your draft to class. Make sure to cite from the book, intext and reference. Step 5: Second Draft Format your paper using MS Word APA Research Format, which can be found in MS Word under File/New/Search for APA. Both in-text and references are needed as part of the citation. Plagiarism is unacceptable.
