This assessment is worth 40% of my final mark and will need the most marks possible. The Major Project should be no more than 2500 +/- 250 words long (including any optional appendices, but not including references, figures, and mathematical formulae). Sydney is growing, with an expected population of 8.5 million by 2050. The Greater Sydney Commission has identified that significant new transportation infrastructure will need to be constructed in the near future, and has requested student to provide part of an Environmental Impact Assessment for a proposed new high speed transport network.
